Roofing Process

There will be various levels of noise through the duration of your project. If family members and pets have a sensitivity to loud noises we recommend spending some time away from your house while the job is in progress.

All materials and dumpster will be delivered to your home the day of or before your construction project.  The trucks delivering the materials are very large and can weigh in excess of 60,000 pounds.  Typically they park in the street.  Please let us know of any specific concerns or instructions prior to start date.

Please remove all items around the house at risk of being damaged by falling debris such as patio and pool furniture, grills, potted plants, wind chimes and grills.  We will assist you if needed.

Vibrations may cause items to fall such as mirrors, pictures, figurines ect…   We recommend removing hanging objects and artwork form the walls.

Please remove vehicles and items from the driveway.  Materials will be delivered to the driveway.  Trailers will also utilize the driveway to remove old roof debris.

Precautions are taken to prevent damage to your existing gutters and downspouts.

Please be cautious when entering or existing construction zones.  Always keeping small children and pets away from the work area.

We will perform daily clean-ups removing equipment and properly disposing of debris. We use a magnetic roller to pick-up metal debris but please be advised that a few nails, hidden in the grass or shrubbery, may possibly remain.

The roofing crew is NOT allowed in your house, attic or garage without permission. Please do not loan the crew tools or equipment. We arrive fully equipped for every job.
